Castello Del Trebbio
I was trying to find the address of the castle that we went to during our Dec trip as I had promised the guardian of the castle that I will mail him a Singapore Flag. He had badges from various countries pinned to his uniform and he had the same uniform for the past 60years. Alberto told me that he even wore that on his honeymoon (to the beach) some 30 years ago.
Guardians of the Castles are a dedicated job, so dedicated that the job will become their life. He had lived alone in the castle for 12 years before the present owner's dad took over in the 60s. They are supposed to guard the castle with their life. They are unable to get a life outside the castle so when the new owner banished the old practice of getting an outside life, within two months he got himself a wife!
It might not been the best wineyard in the world but I guess it will be always remains the most significant to me.
I was looking through the pictures and mails that we had wrote to Alberto and I would say Tuscany was the best part of the trip. 
The misty foggy mountains that we drove past just to get there. The little charming small towns that we drove through.
