One word DUNNO everything solve.. No need to rack the brains no need to do anything..6) Most Common Statement: Its not me. I dunno. (applies anywhere and anything)7) When they are the officer in charge.. they tell you No. This is the office policy. There is nothing WE CAN DO. But when the roles are reversed, they said "This is absurb! Can you be more flexible? I want to see your manager" :)8) Courtesy nv begins with me. It begins with the one in front or the one behind.
